 Bob Harper has whipped many celebrities into shape including Gwyneth Paltrow, Ben Stiller, Ellen DeGeneres, Melissa Etheridge (with whom he toured), Guy Ritchie, Dermott Mulroney, Selma Blair, Jeanne Tripplehorn, Catherine Keener, Carla Guigino, Laura Dern, and Jenny McCarthy.

Since 1993, Jillian Michaels has held two personal training certificates from the leading certification programs in the country, the American Council of Exercise (ACE), and National Endurance & Strength Association (NESTA). Her fitness training stems from 17 years of martial arts practice in Muay Thai and Akarui-Do. In addition to her extensive weight training and conditioning experience, Jillian is also proficient in Reebok Core and Pilates Mat. She also has a strong background in nutrition, diet planning and physical therapy rehabilitation techniques.In addition to being an NESTA Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and a Certified Reebok Core Trainer, Jillian is also recognized by ACSM for Advanced Exercise Nutrition as well as Supplementation for Training and Performance. Her specialties include: injury rehabilitation, kickboxing, Pilates mat, endurance training, strength training, muscle growth, fat reduction and sports nutrition.Bob’s method is “fitness for the mind and body”, tackling the internal and external battles of personal fitness that goes beyond training sessions and expands into the realms of personal motivation and life counseling. He brings a unique approach to fitness for his clients by changing their lifestyle through nutrition and exercise for dramatic results that last a lifetime.

Bob’s work as a top fitness instructor has taken him to Europe, Australia and the Far East, both as a personal trainer and a fitness instructor, educating other trainers in his specific goal-oriented style and technique.

In addition to private training, Bob teaches daily group fitness classes in Los Angeles. His creative classes have gained him a loyal following and a renowned reputation for getting his clients in amazing shape while they enjoy his razor sharp wit and cutting edge music. Bob is also has a dedicated following for his Yoga instruction.

Bob’s BootCamp, his trademark training class, is one of the most successful niche fitness businesses in Los Angeles with brand expansion throughout the United States and Western Europe.

Bob was born and raised in Nashville, TN and lives in Los Angeles. He is an avid photographer and pop culture aficionado. He also enjoys tennis, cycling, running and snowboarding.



JILLIAN MICHAELS

Jillian began her career as a trainer working for Todd Tramp, a pioneer in the personal fitness realm. Her modus operandi caters to professionals who need intense but time efficient and effective workouts. In addition, her celebrity clientele includes David Geffen, Amanda Peet, Vanessa Marcil, Amber Tamblyn and Sarah Paulson. Currently, Jillian owns and operates a Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Center in Beverly Hills that offers fitness training, physical therapy, chiropractic manipulation, massage, acupuncture, nutrition counseling and a day spa.
