“Extreme Dreams” gives five deserving people the chance to realize their dreams and conquer some of the world’s most extreme environments as they embark on a voyage of personal discovery. Harsh conditions push them to their limits on this journey of a lifetime. As they trek across ice-covered peaks, descend thousands of feet into scorching hot valleys and endure the wilderness, their lives will change forever–that is, if they can make it to the end.

Season 1

EP 1- Peru: The team crosses a raging river on a marathon trek to the first camp.

EP 2- Peru: A team member goes missing on an attempt to cross a massive 5,000-meter high mountain pass.

EP 3- Peru: Mia is still missing as the group moves on to the next camp.

EP 4- Peru: A life and death decision is made as Howard’s health reaches crisis point.

EP 5- Peru: Will worsening weather cause team to miss their final ascent to the Lost City?

EP 6- Guyana: Torrential rain catches everyone off-guard as disaster strikes.

EP 7- Guyana: A blazing row breaks out and the pressure proves too much for Chris.

EP 8- Guyana: It’s another punishing day and one team member decides he’s had enough.

EP 9- Guyana: An attempt to negotiate some powerful rapids ends in disaster.

EP 10- Guyana: Lack of water forces an emergency detour, threatening the success of the final leg.

EP 11- Arctic: After a marathon 23-hour journey the team arrives in Spitzbergen.

EP 12- Arctic: The team attempts a nine-hour cross-country ski. Rachel threatens to quit.

EP 13- Arctic: The team spends a sleepless night trying to persuade Rachel to carry on.

EP 14- Arctic: A blizzard strikes and the team sets up an emergency camp.

EP 15- Arctic: The team begins the final trek to the base of Temple Mountain.

EP 16- Killimanjaro: A steep climb to their first camp exposes divisions in the team.

EP 17- Killimanjaro: A medical crisis in the middle of the night leaves a team member’s dream in tatters.

EP 18- Killimanjaro: The team are reeling from a medical emergency and struggles for the determination to keep going.

EP 19- Killimanjaro: The team makes the last camp before they attempt the peak.

EP 20- Killimanjaro: On the final climb to the summit, the ravages of altitude sickness take their toll.

Season 2

EP 21- Nepal Selection Week: Ben selects his team for a grueling expedition to a sacred mountain lake high in the Himalayas.

EP 22- Papua New Guinea Selection Week: Eight people compete for a place on a daunting jungle expedition.

EP 23- Uganda Selection Week: Contenders compete for a place on a team to climb an imposing mountain deep in the heart of Africa.

EP 24- Libya Selection Week: Today’s contenders face a terrifying fire walk and a test of their logic and morals in Libya.

EP 25- Contestants perform physical, mental and moral challenges to win a place on a life-changing adventure.

EP 26- Nepal: A team member plunges down a terrifying 30 meter landslide in the pitch black Himalayan night.

EP 27- Nepal: The team tackles a jungle and gets stuck on a bare mountain as a storm rages.

EP 28- Nepal: Ben leads the team down a remote valley few westerners have ever entered.

EP 29- Nepal: As Nicole’s condition deteriorates, Paula panics and must decide if she is going to quit as well.

EP 30- Nepal: The final push to Panch Pokhari is the most dangerous and difficult of all for the team.

EP 31- Uganda: Ben Fogle leads a team to climb the treacherous Mountains of the Moon in Uganda.

EP 32- Uganda: After a grueling start, the team now faces the daunting task of crossing a raging white water river.

EP 33- Uganda: On day 3, disaster hits the team when two of the group collapse from exhaustion.

EP 34- Uganda: Having conquered the Ugandan bogs, the team now tackles the mountains’ deadly slopes.

EP 35- Uganda: The team has battled to reach the summit base camp, but do they have what it takes to summit?

EP 36- Libya: Ben Fogle leads a team across the legendary Sahara Desert in the hottest country on earth, Libya.

EP 37- Libya: Ashley’s diagnosed with angina and faces the agonizing prospect of heading home.

EP 38- Libya: Ben makes the tough decision to split his team to accompany Ashley to safety

EP 39- Libya: Water supplies are at an all time low as the team treks under the blazing Saharan sun.

EP 40- Libya: It’s the final push and the exhausted team must conquer the dunes.

EP 41- Papua New Guinea: Ben’s team of novices struggle to adapt to the scorching heat of a trek through Papua New Guinea.

EP 42- Papua New Guinea: Ben and his would-be adventurers trek deeper into the heart of the jungle.

EP 43- Papua New Guinea: The team treks deeper into one of the most remote regions on the planet.

EP 44- Papua New Guinea: The team must walk in the pitch dark of night when the jungle’s wildlife comes alive.

EP 45- Papua New Guinea: After six exhausting days in the jungle can the team pull together and reach their ultimate goal?

EP 46- Venezuela: Ben Fogle brings back four from past teams to climb Mount Roraima in Venezuela.

EP 47- Venezuela: The team runs into trouble as they attempt to chart their own way across the Venezuelan savannah.

EP 48- Venezuela: When the novice navigators find themselves lost for the second day, tempers flare.

EP 49- Venezuela: One of the team members’ health is deteriorating fast, and everyone is cracking.

EP 50- Venezuela: This extraordinary adventure reaches its climax as Ben’s team battles up Mount Roraima.

Season 3

EP 51- Equador, Chimborazo: Ben leads his team to Mount Chimborazo - the closest point to the sun on Earth.

EP 52- Equador, Chimborazo: One of the team members is given the heartbreaking news that they must leave the expedition.

EP 53- Equador, Chimborazo: Engulfed by ice, disaster strikes when firefighter Craig loses a crampon

EP 54- Equador, Chimborazo: The team treks at over 15,000 feet in the danger zone for altitude sickness.

EP 55- Equador, Chimborazo: It’s the day of reckoning for Ben and his team of heroes as they launch their summit attempt.

EP 56- Peru, Manu Jungle: Ben Fogle starts a new trek, leading a team of deserving heroes through the Peruvian jungle.

EP 57- Peru, Manu Jungle: The teams must conquer a massive wall of mud caused by a landslide that blocks their route.

EP 58- Peru, Manu Jungle: Scout leader Steph is suffering from extreme heat   exhaustion and Ben has to make a decision.

EP 59- Peru, Manu Jungle: Ben announces a major re-route through uncharted territory in a desperate bid to make up for lost time.

EP 60- Peru, Manu Jungle: The team’s hard work is rewarded when the team reaches the Cinque Benia River.

EP 61- Peru, Cotahuasi: The third leg of the South American adventure journey leads a new team of heroes into the remote Cotahuasi Canyon – the deepest gorge on the planet – in search of the lost Incan city of Marpa.

EP 62- Peru, Cotahuasi: Ben and the team face a 1,000 ascent up a vertical scree slope that pushes charity worker Ann to the edge.

EP 63- Peru, Cotahuasi: Ben is forced to send a team member home with an injury and then discovers that he too has been struck down by a mystery illness.

EP 64- Peru, Cotahuasi: It’s make or break for Ben and the team as they face a punishing ascent to reach their campsite on the canyon rim.

EP 65- Peru, Cotahuasi: Ben and his team risk it all during the final push to their ultimate goal – the lost Incan city of Marpa.

EP 66- Atacama: The team must cross the legendary Atacama Desert in Chile, the driest place on earth.

EP 67- Atacama: A day of extreme contrasts begins with a trek through icy snow melt water.

EP 68- Atacama: Air ambulance paramedic Haydn collapses in camp and Ben suddenly faces a medical emergency.

EP 69- Atacama: The team must complete a final trek to base camp before the altitude strikes down another member.

EP 70- Atacama: As the team launches their summit attempt, they are slowed by the affects of the altitude.
