Francine Stock is an artist, curator and historian. In 2006 she was awarded a grant from the Graham Foundation for Advanced Studies in the Fine Arts to create the New Orleans Virtual Archive. The NOVA incorporates original images from the slide library at Tulane School of Architecture with images of the city post-Katrina and plans for renewal.
