Get a front row seat to interact with the world-famous Times Square New Year’s Eve event as we stream a live six-and-a-half-hour commercial-free webcast of the Times Square New Year’s Eve Celebration.

From 5:50pm ET Dec. 31 to 12:20am ET Jan. 1, three co-hosts will cover all of the action in Times Square, including the hourly countdowns, ball raising ceremony, stage performances and special guests.

This year’s webcast will include musical performances by Cee Lo Green (performing his rendition of John Lennon’s “Imagine”), Diego Torres and the Broadway cast of “Rock of Ages.” Additionally, Lady Gaga will lead the sixty second countdown at midnight with Mayor Bloomberg.
