Celebrating what would have been Bob Marley‘s 66th birthday this week, Playing for Change partnered with Marley’s estate to release a video featuring musicians around the world playing to Marley’s “Redemption Song.” This song is the first release from the band and foundation’s new album, Songs Around the World part 2, which releases in May.

Playing for Change is a multimedia movement created to inspire, connect and bring peace to the world through music. Musicians from all over the world are brought together to perform benefit concerts that build music and art schools in communities that are in need of inspiration and hope.
